ABOUT

Senior AI advisory, Paris. Ambition to production. Quietly.

Most enterprises don't have an AI problem. They have a delivery problem. The strategy exists, the budget is approved, the licenses are bought. Then nothing reaches production. Livehopper exists to close that gap: to take enterprise AI from ambition to something real, governed, and running, and then to leave it in the client's own hands.

WHY WE EXIST

We start where the slide-makers stop.

For more than two decades, Abhijeet Dev built things. He shipped products, led engineering teams, and stood up new businesses across travel, finance, healthcare, and energy. It was the kind of work where you are measured by what runs, not by what you present.

From that vantage point he kept seeing the same pattern, and it troubled him most when it happened to smaller companies. A consultancy would arrive, run a discovery, and hand over an immaculate deck: the strategy, the roadmap, the target operating model. Then they would leave. The slides were the deliverable. Nothing was ever built. The largest organizations could absorb this: they had the internal teams to turn a strategy into a system. Smaller companies could not. They had paid for momentum and received a PDF. Months later they were exactly where they started, minus the fee.

The arrival of enterprise AI made the gap wider, not narrower. Tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot were sold on a promise, but out of the box they could rewrite an email and little else. They couldn't answer a real question about a company's own products, tickets, or customers, because that knowledge sat scattered across systems and behind different permissions. The licenses arrived before the knowledge was ready. The decks multiplied. The value didn't.

Livehopper is the correction. It starts where the slide-makers stop: with the data, the permissions, and the handful of questions people actually need answered. It is not finished until the system is in production and the client's own team can run it. Strategy, through build, to a clean handover. No slide standing in for a result.

MISSION & VISION

What we are for.

MISSION

Ambition to production.

To take enterprise AI from ambition to production, and to leave it running in our clients' own hands. We build grounded, governed systems that people actually use and trust, then we hand them over and step back. Our deliverable is a working system, never a slide that stands in for one.

VISION

An assistant worth opening.

A world where any organization, not only the largest and best-resourced, can trust its AI to answer from what it truly knows. Where the distance between buying AI and getting value from it finally closes, and an assistant is worth opening because it has something true, and permission-safe, to say.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Six things we hold to.

1

The deliverable is a working system, not a deck.

Strategy matters, but it is worth nothing until something is in production. We measure ourselves by what runs.

2

AI is only as good as the knowledge it is allowed to reach.

An assistant that cannot see your real, current, permission-safe knowledge cannot do your real work. Get the knowledge layer right and the tool finally becomes worth opening.

3

Start with the data and the permissions, not the licenses.

Most AI programs stall because the seats arrive before the knowledge is ready. We begin at the other end, with the questions people actually need answered.

4

Grounded and cited, or not at all.

An answer that cannot point to a real source is a guess. In an enterprise, especially a regulated one, a guess is a liability. Every answer should cite its source and respect each person's access.

5

The work is not finished until you no longer need us.

We build to hand over. Success is the client's own team running the system, with the documentation to keep it running, long after we have stepped back.

6

Senior, hands-on, and quiet.

Small, senior teams that build beat large ones that present. We would rather the system speak for itself.

HOW WE WORK

Two lines of practice. One flagship.

Livehopper runs two lines of practice. The Advisory line is the core: senior, hands-on AI transformation for enterprise clients, including in regulated environments such as HIPAA. A smaller, emerging Distribution line brings selected ISV products to market.

FLAGSHIP · ADVISORY

JIG, the grounded knowledge layer

The flagship of the Advisory line is JIG: Livehopper's grounded knowledge layer for enterprise AI. JIG sits between an organization's real knowledge and the tools its people work in, and makes assistants answer from current, cited, permission-safe information, with each person's access enforced. It is engine-agnostic: for each client, Livehopper selects the business index that best fits their data, their regulator, their identity provider, and their scale.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK

Sixteen weeks, then handed over

For a HIPAA-regulated healthcare software company, Livehopper unified six enterprise systems into a single grounded, permission-aware answer, shipped seven AI agents into Teams and Copilot, and delivered the whole program in sixteen weeks, then handed it to the client's own team to run.

THE OPERATOR

Founder-led, never founder-only.

Livehopper is led by Abhijeet Dev. He brings more than twenty years of digital and AI transformation across travel, finance, healthcare, and energy, including senior technology leadership roles (among them Cisco) and time as an entrepreneur-in-residence helping research teams turn science into businesses.

His recent work spans AI transformation in online travel, AI-first corporate finance, and medical AI for trauma triage. He holds an INSEAD MBA and a BTech from IIT Kanpur.
